With over 10 years of experience in Pilates and myotherapy, I’ve built my practice around helping people move better, recover well, and feel strong in their bodies. As an athlete myself, I bring a practical, hands-on understanding of movement, performance, and rehabilitation to every session.

I hold a high standard for health and movement and am passionate about educating and motivating my clients. I understand the importance of quality movement, recovery, and consistency. My goal is to empower people with the knowledge and support they need to realise just how good their bodies are capable of feeling when they add massage and/ or Pilates to their life.

I specialise in deep tissue and dry needling myotherapy/ massage in dromana, delivering targeted, results-driven treatment backed by over 10 years of experience, with a strong focus on education and long-term outcomes.

While combined mat/ reformer classes are currently available, my studio will soon be built around a full classical Pilates setup, including Cadillac, Wunda Chairs, and the High Barrel. I’m passionate about teaching Pilates as a complete method—not just reformer. Each piece of apparatus plays an important role in developing strength, alignment, and control, allowing clients to experience how powerful and transformative Pilates can be when practiced as a clasically based system.

I began my small business next door, and thanks to popular demand and a growing community of clients, I’m excited to have expanded into a larger space at 238 Boundary Road, Dromana—allowing me to offer an even better experience in an energetic, positive environment.

My style is hands-on, anatomy focused and results driven — with a strong emphasis on deep tissue massage and dry needling, I use my real world sports and fitness experience to help clients get the most out of their body. I don’t just treat the initial pain, I consider how the body moves as a whole to ensure my clients receive a comprehensive treatment, and have the best chance of improving pain and dysfunction as quickly as possible. I bring a positive attitude, with clear and direct advice to every appointment, creating a space where clients feel supported, informed, and empowered to take charge of their body and get moving again.
